Yellena Prints

I am happy to share with you the two new prints I bought from amazingly talented artist Yellena (www.yellena.com) from her Etsy shop. Oh so beautiful! The one in the bottom is a Gocco print called mint. Thanks again to Yellena!

Jill Bliss

I just loooove Jill Bliss' illustration work, specially when applied to notebooks. They're just so beautiful and delicate. I'm thinking I might buy one... Maybe. Sigh. Beautiful. Need to have.

Paper Sculptures- Ferry Staverman

I've found these beautiful sculptures while snooping around the web. Aren't they amazing? Feels a bit like Alice in Wonderland to me.

Savannah Lovely Birds

I did these prints as part od a class project in my postgraduate studies. They are meant to be part of the girl's line of Savannah Kid's, this brazilian store is well-known for its safari style but I thought I'd shake it up a bit. I think they turned really nicely, what do you think?

Fina estampa

Last week my supertalented friend, the fashion designer Karina Jasmin came over with a personal project about Tropicalia. So we went crazy together and produced many prints; this one is inspired in Caetano Veloso, clearly. Can you take this much Caetano?

Everyday's inspiration

The wonderful Beatriz Milhazes is a infinite source of inspiration. The name of this piece is "Coisa Linda", meaning "Beautiful Thing" and I think she's absolutely right.

Bandeira branca

I have to admit I had already realized the world is digital. Despite that, only now I have surrendered and decided to join in the blogworld. Every week I wonder for dozens of sites looking and researching, coming across things that are beautiful, crazy, wild, terrible and funny

It came slowly, this passion I now have, the fascination over the many different worlds I meet online, but now its here. I excuse myself in advance, because I know writing is for me a lost talent, but here I am, and I promise to try my best. And not surprinsigly, this blog is about me and the things I love and want to share. In my case that very often has to do with image, asethetics. From the art to print, from fridges to any other hallucination created by human imagination. This is it. Carol.
